Who we are

Nirogyam Teleclinic is operated by Nirogyam Diagnostics and Healthcare Pvt Ltd, Bhubaneswar, Odisha (the data fiduciary).

What we collect

Account data (name, email, phone), health information you choose to share (profile, reports, consultation details), booking and payment records, and security logs. We collect only what is needed to provide care.

Why we use it

To verify your identity, schedule and conduct consultations, let your treating doctor provide care, issue prescriptions, process payments and refunds, meet legal obligations, and keep the platform secure.

Who can see your health data

Only you and the doctor you consult for a specific appointment. Administrators manage accounts and operations but do not have routine access to clinical records.

Storage & security

Data is encrypted in transit. Records are kept in private storage and opened only through short-lived authorised links. Access is logged.

AI features

Optional AI drafting tools are off unless enabled, are used only by doctors as drafts, and never share your identity. You can grant or withdraw consent for AI-assisted processing in your profile.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may access, correct and request erasure of your data, withdraw consent, and nominate a representative. Some clinical records must be retained by law.
