Who can partner
Licensed pharmacies, pathology laboratories, radio-diagnostic centres and other health service providers (ambulance services, NPOs, home-care) with valid licences and registrations, verified by Nirogyam before listings go live.
Commission
Nirogyam charges a flat 25% commission on the MRP of every listed item or service sold through the platform, irrespective of partner category and of any discount offered.
Listing
Listing on Nirogyam is free and unlimited. Partners may list as many products and services as they wish; the only charge is the commission above.
Compliance
Pharmacies must comply with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act and dispense prescription medicines only against valid prescriptions. Labs and imaging centres must maintain applicable accreditation/AERB licences. Ambulance and other services must hold required permits.
Orders & service
Accept, fulfil and update orders promptly, honour listed prices, and maintain quality and hygiene. Patient contact details may be used only to fulfil the order.
Ratings
Verified customers may rate your services after completion. Manipulating ratings is prohibited.
Suspension
Nirogyam may suspend or remove partners for licence lapse, complaints, misleading listings or non-compliance.
