Service

Nirogyam Teleclinic connects patients with registered medical practitioners for online consultations in line with the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines.

Not for emergencies

Do not use this service for medical emergencies. Call 112 or go to the nearest hospital.

Doctors

Doctors are independent registered practitioners verified by Nirogyam. The treating doctor is responsible for clinical decisions.

Patient ID

Every patient receives a unique Nirogyam Patient ID at sign-up, used across consultations, records and orders.

Free follow-up

A paid consultation that results in a prescription includes one free follow-up with the same doctor within 14 days. After that a new consultation must be booked.

Marketplace

Medicines, lab tests, radiology and other services are provided by independent verified partners who are responsible for fulfilment. Payments are processed by Razorpay.

Bookings, payments & refunds

Fees are shown before you confirm. Unpaid bookings are held for a limited time. Cancellations made within the configured refund window are refunded to the original payment method; doctor cancellations are fully refunded.

Prescriptions

Prescriptions are issued only after a consultation and authorised by the doctor. Certain medicines cannot be prescribed via teleconsultation.

Minors

Patients under 18 must be registered and consulted with a parent or guardian's consent and presence.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the platform, impersonate others, or share false information.
